| Day 1 | Nairobi | Nairobi / Tsavo West On arrival pick up from J.K.I.A and drive towards Nairobi/Mombasa highway to Tsavo West National Park. At 20, 807 sq. Kms, Tsavo is the largest park in the country. Tsavo West is famed for the notorious â??Man Eaters of Tsavoâ?. The man-eating lions preyed on the railway linesmen building the great Uganda Railway. | Day 2 | Tsavo West | Tsavo West Spend a further day in the park on game-viewing drives. The Park features the Shetani & Chaimu Lava Flows, excellent bird watching with over 600 species. Apart from the elephant population, there are many lions - some undoubtedly the descendants of the famous Man-eaters of Tsavo! Among the less common animals to be found are the fringed-eared Oryx, the gerenuk, and the lesser kudu. The carnivores in addition to lions include serval, hyenas, leopards, cheetahs, and caracal. Mzima Springs is yet another feature whose source is the Chyulu Hills. An observation platform and an underwater glass tank provide a special vantage point to view this remarkable oasis. | Day 3 | Amboseli | Tsavo West/ Amboseli After breakfast morning drive via Chyulu Hills to Amboseli National Park, one of the most popular parks on the Tanzania border offering unique spectacle; the backdrop is the snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africaâ??s highest mountain proudly standing at 19,344ft, sometimes known as the â??ROOF OF AFRICAâ?. Lunch will be served at Kilima Safari Camp. The afternoon game drives until sunset. | Day 4 | Lake Naivasha | Amboseli/ Lake Naivasha After breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Naivasha. Have Lunch at the lodge and later visit Crescent Island. Take a boat ride to Crescent Island and enjoy a nature walk on Crescent Island, a crescent-shaped peninsula. Sawela Lodge [Full Board] |
| Day 5 | Lake Nakuru | Lake Nakuru After breakfast, check out with a picnic lunch and drive to Lake Nakuru followed by an afternoon game drive. According to history, Lake Nakuru National Park was declared a national park in 1968 and its purpose is to home endangered species of animals such as the Rothschild Giraffe and Rhinoceros. | Day 6 | Masai Mara | Lake Naivasha/ Masai Mara After early breakfast, morning drive across the Rift Valley escarpment to Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at Ol Moran Tented Camp. During your two days, you have the opportunity to explore this great reserve in depth. You will have the chance to see elephants, giraffes, prides of lions, and thousands of impalas, topi, grants, and Thomson's gazelle.
